February Contest: Feel the love!

Design a Sailor Moon Valentine's Day card! It can be serious, romantic, or just plain silly. It must feature one of the main characters (or villians) from Sailor Moon. More than one if you're ambitious, but at least one. It must also feature one of these phrases:

"I'm reaching for you, valentine!"
"Love makes the world go 'round"
"In the name of the moon, I choose you!"
"It's the power of love!"
"To Be or Not To Be...But I hope to Be Yours on Valentine's Day!"
"I would be shocked if you were not my Valentine!"
"The power of love compels you to be my Valentine!"
"You've stolen my heart"
"Venus Lovechain encircles you!"
"I will right wrongs and triumph over your heart!"
"That's so sweet. I'm getting cavities!"
"Even in a dream, you're just too good to be true."
"You want a Valentine pal, you're lookin' at it!"
"She may have your mind, but your heart belongs to me."

Rules:
1. Entry must be an image. Doesn't have to be colored, just as long as we can see what's happening.
2. Entry must contain at least one cannon Sailor Moon character. You can put your OC in there as well, as long as you have at least one of the cannon cast.
3. You can enter as many times as you like, but can only win one place.
4. PG rated or less.

Deadline for submitting entries is midnight of March 1. Judging will take place after that.
